When someone wants to ask your Virtual Agent a question or view a message that has been left for them, they need to have enough credits in their account.
The price point of the number of credits to view content, or query the Virtual Agent is set by the creator of the Agent.
Users of the app can purchase credits within the app. Content creators who create virtual Agents can receive a revenue share of the credits spent on querying their Virtual Agents.
